how can you obtain the secondary badges for example the saboteur badge the main badge is disguising as the enemy but the secondary badge is to throw c-4 but i cannot use the secondary badges in matches how can i use the c-4

You have to get 8 of the first badges then you unlock the C-4 and then you can unlock the secondary badges.
