Don't tell me to "Go to the Dr." i don't have the money or insurance.

I have a somewhat sharp pain in the top of my head near the back, along with a headache and nausea.

I have had the headache for about 7 days now.

i don't take any prescriptions or other pills, i just eat regular and try to rest when i can.

any clue what the heck it is?

Update:

and i have not hit my head since i was 8 and i am now 24

Update 2:

yes i HAVE been refused care because i didnt have insurance or money. i guess what i was getting at was if anyone else had the same problem could share with me what they found it was.

is the muscle tight in that area? the muscle can actually give you headaches as well. See if you can get someone to give it a good massage or use a heating pad for a few nights and see if this doesnt help out :-)

7 days is far too long to have a headache like that. This pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. It could be anything from dehydration to a brain tumor. Go to the emergency room, they can't refuse to see you because you are broke, they will just bill you. If you can't pay, you can't pay... but they cannot refuse you service.

SERIOUSLY: if you have a freaking brain tumor and you wait any longer you could die.

I mean to scare you, because when your body tells you something is wrong, you should listen. Not many people on yahoo are doctors, and the one's that are cannot legally give you advice over the phone or especially over the internet. If you want to know what is wrong get up and go to the doctor, now.

EDIT: Most county's have a hospital that is contracted to take all patients regardless. Not all hospitals have to take you, you are right. But there is more than likely a hospital in your county that will take you, or a county nearby? Try and drink a lot of warm water (slowly) over the course of a day to rule out dehydration. If your body isn't getting enough water it can cause painful migraines and nausea.

Pain meds will just cover up the problem people, not cure it. I am sure she is well aware that she can take pain killers...

It is not a very specific symptom. It's probably tense muscles in your back. Most pain in the neck and back of the head is caused by knotted muscles in the shoulders. Your headache is probably the result of stress and tense muscles. Drink a whole lot more water and get somebody to give you a back rub. Try finding a massage school. They'll give you a good one and all you have to do is tip them.

I would say its a migrane, but just some advice..don't stop urself from seeing a doctor because of financial issues(I been there so trust me!)...if that's the case you can get medicaid, and a strong suggestion would be emergency medicaid (which kicks in right away rather than having to wait for a card to come in the mail)...I would say try calling your city's information line.

    Hope I helped a bit.

The straight away forward answer is TKD, Karate, Kung Fu, etc. as long because it relatively is taught precise and experienced properly. bushido nailed it on the pinnacle so far as peoples "experience" is going, and that i agree that ninety 8% of the persons on right here do no comprehend the version between a highway combat and self protection. Krav maga is an remarkable form, yet attempt looking a college in u.s. that's no longer watered down. With all due know to beachgirl, Okinawin karate is as valid on the instant because it grew to become into 50 years in the past, and if her husband doe no longer think of so, then he could have a foul instructor. Why does all of us seem to think of that a punch or kick on the instant's diverse then a punch or kick on the instant? If somebody hasa gun or a knife, provide them your stinking money, in spite of how lots you already know, era. no longer something i could probable shop on me is well worth my existence. truthfully I relatively have experienced Isshin-Ryu karate for 18 years. I relatively have been a bouncer. I relatively have survived a knife attack. I relatively have taught women's self protection classes. My suggestion is that if the Kempo adult adult males credentials inspect bypass with that, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that do no longer think of that a great struggling with checklist in a ring or tournament will consistently translate into effective self protection.

Well, I know that you don't want to hear "Go to the Doc's" but it could be a clot, a tumor or a number of other serious ailments. I have heard of people eating raw or undercooked food and even getting brain worms. No joke. How debilitating are your headaches?

could be a simple tension headache or a migraine (nausea is very common)

you can try any over the counter pain reliever (start with the high/max recommended dose) for the nausea you can try either emetrol or pepto-bismol.
