    Depending on the subject matter for a particular blog post (since I don't write fiction) I'll either fully avoid saying what I really mean/want to say or I'll partially avoid it. I strive to not be offensive or crass, especially if it could be construed as hate speech. I also avoid swearing too much because it doesn't help get my point across unless of course it adds the right emphasis to the piece. With fiction you do have a bit more creative leeway than I do but even if I did write fiction I doubt I'd add anything too offensive. It's not about not saying what I really mean or political correctness, it's simply common sense in my world. There's a fine line between creativity and being overly offensive for the sake of shock. BQ1: On occasion, yes. I don't need nor want my readers to think I am filled with hate, anger, or intolerance since I am not. BQ2: No novel to be published. BQ3: Often. It's only blog posting though so I can write at any time. I don't put deadlines on myself. I just write when I want to write. EDIT: You meant "off topic" not "off the record". There is a huge difference my friend. I've been a journalist so I know the meanings of "on the record", "off the record", and "on background".

    Quite simply he means that if you keep going on Yahoo while he's paying you to work for him, you're out of a job.

    Keep a watchful eye out and then when he appears casually pretend to be engrossed in whatever you are SUPPOSED to be doing <3 works like a charm

    He means wait until you get home to go on Yahoo and don't get caught again.

    probably means get off yahoo if you want to continue to draw a paycheck

    It means you have to find neat and creative ways to end his sentence while you wait in the unemployment line.

    Ignore then lose your job. You should be working. not on here in your employers time, they do not pay you wages to do your own thing.;
