Boneless pork ribs with can potatoes and carrots?

Anyone have a simple recipe or a way to cook this all together?

I would like to bake if possible since it is to cold to barbeque and I'm not feeling that great so the less mess the better. TY.

The ribs should cook long and slow; and the canned veggies just need to be heated up (or they'll disintegrate). I'd do a dry rub on the ribs (lots of chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt & pepper) and then bake them at 300 on a foil-lined pan, covered with foil, for about 2-3 hours (depending on weight). You can uncover the last 30 min or so, and baste with BBQ sauce, if you want, or just serve it on the side. ... I'd just heat up the canned potatoes & carrots in a large saucepan; then add butter, salt & pepper and maybe a dash of oregano to it.....

I would season the ribs and bake them, then drain and briefly saute the canned potatoes in a little butter and onion. Then do the same with the carrots except omit the onion and season with some dried dill.

    I hope you feel better!
