Back Pay from my Job?
I am a older lady who is part-time caring for a mental retard 37 years old man, his Mother is 80 years old and a lovely women, her husbands past away a few months ago and that is when I entered the picture, she need help with his care on a part time basic so she can go shopping, Doctor appointment or to just get out with friends, we started a new program mid Jan. and I have not been paid anything for 7 weeks ever since we started the new program, I have received excuse after excuse, but excuse don't buy food and pay bills, any ideas where a person can register a formal complaint.
I had just talked to them today, but everytime I do they have some other thing I have to sign or a report I was never made aware, or I wrote the report wrong, there appears to be to many excuses and not enough truth.

First I would try and talk with her one last time and if that doesn't work then I would go down to the local Court house and file a "small claims" suit against her.
Oh maybe you could call the Labor Board and they could provide you with the infio that you are needing.
