where can i get the best scholarships....i need more money for college, and i cant find a lot of scholarships. i live in New Haven, CT...im going to college in san francisco, california. my gpa was 3.6 and i was number 28 out of a class of 296. plz help with good scholarships, grants,or whatever!!!!! thx a lot love shay osorio

Try searching fastweb.com for scholarships. They always have good ones. Also, hopefully you completed the fafsa because you can get grants and such through it. Another site to check out is: collegeboard.com. Your college should have a financial aid website and from there you can search for scholarships available for their students. Don't give up and just look anywhere you can. Google scholarships for _____ and fill in the blank with your intended major, ethnicity, or something else. You'd be surprised at how many scholarships you can actually find that way. Also, try looking into the Gates Millenium Scholarship. Good luck and don't give up!
