Easy question to answer.?

How do I give people thumbs up/down? I see some pretty funny answers I want to give thumbs ups too but clicking the thumbs up button doesn't work, how do you do it?

    when you lv.2 in yahoo!answers you can give thumbs...

    Your level has to become level 2 to give Thumb up or down

    go to your answers home page scroll down and on your left u will see related Links click on yahoo answers and it gives you a list, go to points and levels this tells you how many points you need to perform certain actions.
