Yes, that would be best. Those companies prepared their own graves several years ago by making cars that no one wanted to buy.

Should they go bankrupt I think you'll see it as a re organizational bankruptcy.

yes. we still have make cars. somebody will gain those sale.
different name same cars.
just like the airlines. pan, twa northeast etc,
no you have jet blue ,southwest etc.
you still need to fill the void.
