Islam is the youngest of all major religions ..?

"YES" l agree that Islam the youngest religion. By the way the followers of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahhu'alaihi Wassalam are the top most a total at about 900 million all over the world. Can you see why?. Just because Islam is the Most perfect religion among all religions in the world. The best, most fexibilty, reality and lead the followers to the path of those whom have favoured not of those who have incurred the Al-Mighty God Displeasure or of those who have gone astry.

Let's see about other religions says about the coming of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahhu'alaihi Wasalam bringing the religion of Islam.

1. Buddhism:

Ananda said to the blessed One, "Who shall teach us when thou are gone?"

He will preach his religion, glorious in its origin, glorious at the climax, and, glorious at the goal. He will proclaim a religiouss life, wholly perfect and pure, such as l now proclaim. His disciples will number thousands, while mine number many hundreds"

Ananda said, "How shall we know him?"

The Bless One relpied, "He will be known as 'Maitreya'..

2. Hinduism:

It brought something different and new. These things were not taught by the earlier true prophets. Like there was a change of worship from YHWH to allah. Trying to fit mohammad who was a descendant of Ishmael with the descendants of Isaac, who were all the true prophets of God. Claiming that the earlier prophets taught islam when they did n't as islam means submission to allah while the true prophet taught us to obey and love God. Loot and plunder kafirs for your survival.Rob their prophets and claim them as yours. Change and corrupt the earlier texts so that allah may look as a god and mo as his prophet.Sleeping with a 6 year old is right and is not considered as pedophilia.Saying that women are half intelligent and most women are in hell.Kill the Jews. It is the youngest but most vile that holds no value for human life other than the ones who follow it.

This is a difficult question to answer. Technically, yes. Yet Islam includes the teaches of all the prophets of Judaism and Christianity. However, Muslims believe that over time the Torah and Bible were corrupted with false information and that Christians and Jews have strayed from the original teachings of all the prophets. Muslims also believe that Prophet Mohamed (pbuh) (one of the few differences between Islam and the other two religions) was the `seal` whose goal was to bring to the true word of G-d to people. So to Muslims, Islam began with Prophet Adam (pbuh) although the religion wasn`t called Islam at that time and to non-Muslims, Islam began with Prophet Mohamed (pbuh) and the Quran.

Well that in itself is the uniqueness of Islam.Its the only non-islamic religion that makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus.

Islam carries and preserves everything that was in the previous books 'Torah or Old testament' and the Bible and also the songs of david?As you call them...I don't know the exact thing you people call it.

Its just taken previous laws and made them perfect into one perfect religion.This just only shows one thing.That the writer of all of these scriptures and laws is One.Showing our God is one.

No other religion does that.Showing people the old laws in perfected form.

As far as principle goes, Islam means to submit one to God, making it the oldest major religion, not the youngest.

As time went by, Judaism and Christianity strayed from that principle. So I suppose the "something unique" that Islam has is monotheism.

this is when they'll try to claim all the bible personalities as their own, in clear denial of the historic record. there is nothing like islam recorded before muhammad, except for moon god paganism. deal with it folks. not 1 bible prophet. not jesus. only muhammad, who does the history rewrite to glorify himself. gideon met arabs with crescent moons hanging off their camels back in the ot. nothing to do with yhwh and the bible prophets then, nothing to do with them now.

Islam is since Adam was but it compiled on Muhammad & the revealed book .

People think Islam came When Muhammad came but reality is Islam compiled when Muhammad came.

Unitarianism, polygamy, marital concept, 5 pillars are inspiring / unique including Legislature & execution in islam.

one an other thing is women voting & right of property which western women got now while islam gave before Hundred of decades.

Even jesus told us that "there are many things that I have yet to say to thee. How be it when the spirit of truth comes, he shall guide u into the whole truth, for he shall not speak from himself, but what he hears..."

Christians believe jesus was on about the "holy spirit", however this cant be true as the holy spirit hasnt spoeken to anyone and nothing has been revealed to christians sicne jesus died. And in the quote i mentioned *which goes on...* the word "HE" is mentioned 8 times, in one go. indicating a man, not a spirit.

When islam was revealed the "truth" Jesus was on about was revealed. Islam isnt a complete new relgion, as Prophet mohammed s.a.w sealed the line of prophethood.

However, new things were revealed as chirstianity and jewdaism had become curropted.

And laws were reinforced in a way. For example, the talk of polygamy... christianity denies it however polygamy exists in christianity, however no number is set. The Quran is the only holy book that tells u exactly how many u can marry:

"Marry the women of your choice, one, two three or four. But if u cant do justice between them then marry only one"

Im not sure what verse it is as im just thinking of the quote ofrom the top of my head, so estaghfurilah if i missed soemt out. But thats what it basically says.

Also the food laws were given to us again. Christians eat pork, but we are told not to. Also to fast the month of ramadan, pray 5 times a day, give charity, and to do hajj *pilgrimage*

And also to believe in the angels, all prophets.. etc etc *6 articles of faith*

ANd thats just a few of the new things that have been given to us
