Mario Kart Wii - Mii outfit C?

I have started to read some rumors about a Mii outfit C. Can anyone tell me for sure if this exists? I don't care if you have heard about it I want to know if you have unlocked it. How you did it and what it looks like.

Update:

I have searched utube on this and people have screen shots of their TV's that show mii outfit C. I don't know much about editing pictures but I don't know how that could be done.

Update 2:

Maybe it is just that I want to believe that there are more outfits or something. I just have a hard time believing that there is not. There are two more spaces on the bottom of the character screen where two more outfits could be. I have read other people say that they have done it and have seen pics of the screens. I am waiting for an answer for someone to tell me that they have those outfits.

    I have played the game and unlocked all of the characters/kart etc, and there is no Mii outfit c that I know of.

    All youtube videos of such claims ARE fake.

    The game itself had been hacked, and taken apart, and there is no such outfit even programmed into the game and removed.

    It takes 11 seconds for the yahoo answers questions to load for me to be able to click on the [add your answer] box. does this mean my computer is slow?
