Help!!!! I really want my music on my Mp3 player songs gone.So how can i get the songs off someoen help...?

i have a pink Element Digital Mp3 player and i put the USB cable in my computer and it says u have no songs. But when i go on my Mp3 Player it says i still have my songs on there? Someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

    hmmm

    maybe if you reinstall the program then install it again it might fix it

    or get a newer version of the program
