Just call them up and ask them to expedite your upgrade availability due to your situation. Its only 4 months. They want you to renew that contract. I did it with Sprint when I had 5 (I broked my phone)months to go and they did it. I didn't have to pay anymore than if I'd waited. It work for my brother to. I am not sure if AT&T will do this or not. If the first person say no, call back and speak to someone else.

Yeah, you wait 4 months until your due for a free upgrade.

Some Carriers will let you do an early upgrade but you will pay a much higher cost for the phone.

Your best bet is to go to ebay and try to the bid on the phone you want at a much cheaper price

ATT is bad about this, you have to wait exactly for the day. Change providers and get away from that garbage.

regrettably you may no longer get out of your settlement for loose. you in addition to mght can't improve with out paying the fee till your 2 years is up. additionally when you consider which you haven't any longer have been given coverage they maximum probably won't deliver you the comparable telephone as predicted once you wreck it.
