How do I delete an error code?
I have windows vista. Every time I turn on my comp. I receive an error message"information file not found". I have to x out of it before I can log on to explorer. How it got there I don't have a clue. I have no problem except the error message. It bugs me because it's there. Any suggestions on how I can delete it. I checked for add on's and all seem correct.

You fell for their trick!
They are spammers, they weren't really trying to help you. I reported them both and as soon as somebody else does the same, their answers will be deleted. Yahoo is having a lot of trouble with spammers lately.
EDIT: Spam is gone :)
As for your problem, you have to take your computer to an expert (who will ask money for repairing the problem). This issue can rarely be resolved over the internet, even if both parties are used to working with computers
