    If smoked properly, no

Cigarettes are smoked strictly as a nicotine delivery system. Filler has added chemicals, including additional nicotine. Bleached paper and fiberglass filler. It is meant to be inhaled.

Cigars are smoked for flavor and aroma. Premium cigars are handrolled with tobacco leaves for the filler, binder and wrapper. The exception ois flavored/scented cigars where they have oils added. They are NOT meant to be inhaled.

This is relatively speaking - cigar smoking is not without its health issues.

It depends on how much you smoke. One cigar has way more tobacco then one cigarette. If you smoke one cigar a week as opposed to 2 packs of cigarettes a day, which adds up to 14 packs a week, the cigarettes are more harmful. Going back to my original thought it all depends on how much you smoke. =)

obviously, smoking cigars/cigarillos is worse than smoking cigarettes, because there is no filter!! IT's true, you can get either mouth or lung cancer from both. If you wanna smoke cigars/cigarillos, I would suggest just puffing them, or at least very rarely. You can still get mouth cancer from doing it often though.
