Can you help me edit this peer editing paper?
Okay I got the worst possible partner for peer editing... He is such a slacker and he wrote this terrible paper that is so bad I do not even know how to edit it. For one thing it was supposed to be 3-4 paragraphs long and his is just one crappy mess. Please help me edit this!
Here it goes:
Most people would say money could buy happiness because it can get me everything I want, but I disagree with that. Their are many examples that show money cannot buy happiness. For example I could have the greatest about of money, but it can buy your love. It also can't buy health insurance, groceries and etc., but it can't buy your faith. Now don't get me wrong money can buy a lot of things to make you happy but not for the long term. For example in my life I can buy many things that would satisfy me but with out my family and friends I would not be happy. In that case I would say no money cannot buy happiness.

Many people believe they can buy happiness. They think they can get everything they want with money. If they were rich they would have nice clothes, impressive toys and big houses; they would have the respect of others; they would have security and contentment.
But I disagree. Money buys possessions but doesn't guarantee happiness. Now don't get me wrong. I have nothing against money. It can buy lots of things to make life more comfortable. It can buy food, comfort, health care, and entertainment. That's a much happier existence than being hungry, homeless, sick, or bored........
You can fill the many rooms of your big house with guests and surround yourself with people; but you can't buy true friendship. You can buy servants, sex and companionship; but you can't buy love. You can have trust funds, Swiss bank accounts, and sound investments; but none of these things can give you faith........
We need money for our physical needs. But no amount of money can fill our emotional and spiritual needs. Buy all the "things" you want, you'll only find more to want.
You may be able to get all the things you want with money. But you can't buy everything you need to be happy.

REMEMBER THIS when you read the paragraph. Needs are necessary for survival. Wants are simply things you could do without; they are not necessary for survival, but they can make you happier.
FIRST PARAGRAPH: Many individuals would assert that money can buy happiness. That statement is based on the premise that with money I can obtain everything I need and want. I disagree with that premise.
NEW PARAGRAPH:
For example, some individuals believe that large amounts of money can buy love. But, is it love that is being bought, or is it desire for what large amounts of money can buy? (you need to discuss this issue at this point--give definite examples from real life),
NEW PARAGRAPH: Money can buy certain needs such as health and life insurance, food, and clothing. Money, in the amounts that meet needs, not wants, allows an individual to feel secure and content. (expand on this by writing about other needs).
NEW PARAGRAPH: Money spent on wants does not guarantee long-term happiness. Money, in any amount spent on wants, gives immediate satisfaction, but for how long? Eventually, the individual becomes dissatisfied with what he or she has and then requires more money to purchase more wants to maintain satisfaction. An individual can try to buy love and faith, but what have they bought? They have bought desire for money and worship for money. Things that become more expensive over time. The one thing money cannot buy is true happiness; that which you can only recieve from family and friends. True happiness is priceless. It cannot be bought with any amount of money and it is always given freely.
