What is with Rihanna? Boyfriend beats her bloody, and she still goes out with him? Supid woman?

Im really disappointed in the situation myself.

This happened and it was a public affair too.

Rhianna is not sending out a good message to women who are being abused. She is letting them know that YES you can give him another chance.

Im sorry but once a wife beater, always a wife beater.

What will stop him the next time? The first time was testing to see if he could do it, the second time he wont even think about, it will come out soo naturally.

If anyone is reading this and they have been abused in any form whether it be verbally, emotionally or physically ... Leave that person. No one deserves to be downgraded and treated inhumane. Life is too precious and in life you really only have ONCE CHANCE to live. So enjoy it and dont let an abuser control you .. Control yourself!!!

Been in this situation myself. You convince yourself its your fault, and if you had just not said this or done that, then you wouldnt have deserved that beating. Its not that easy just to walk away, there is much involved, what about losing your home, what about people talking, who the hell will want you after him anyway, and much much more......its a destructive path, and takes real courage to get out.

Money and fame dont mean anything. You feel a failure and wait for the - I told you so - from those who you thought were supporting you.

I eventually got out, like Rhianna will do. For the record, I think any man who hits a woman,should be put down, just like a dog.

Yep, it seems like something's definitely not working right in her brain. But you have to remember, a lot of men who abuse their girlfriends physically abuse them emotionally, too. He might have deluded her into thinking he's her only option romantically by calling her ugly, stupid, etc. I hope she does the smart thing and gets out of that relationship eventually. All we can really do is pray for all the battered women out there and hope it eventually stops.

I read on Friday that they got married in P. Diddy's mansion!!! Crazy ha? Apparently she said she loved him and then they telephoned for a priest and did it there and then. She's a very bad example for women everywhere in an abusive relationship. She's basically saying its okay for him to beat you up every now and then, what matters is that he loves you.

Well, first of all... I didn't hear too much about the fight.. and honestly can't say for certain what their situation is.(try to distance myself from that scene)

But you would be surprised how many women take their abuser back .. again, and again, and again.

They look at you with sorry, sobby eyes, and promise to never do it again.

Chances are, they will.

You 'think' you love the person, and that they love you, and will 'change', you WANT to give them the benefit of the doubt.

As far as she's concerned, she took him back, and if he does it again, she has no one to blame but herself.
