I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed to wear sandals, provided they at least keep there feet clean.

I have ugly toes and I would NEVER inflict the sight of them on others, (Unless it was a foot fetishist looking for a cure.)
I would wear sandals, but NEVER open toed ones.

do people just stare at eachother's toes and be like "aha, you're toes are ugly?"
i hope not.
everyone's born like that. deal with it. don't look at their feet. look into people's faces. makes more sense.

Yes, its a free county... ( maybe....depending on where you live =p)....if you dont want to see there toes...just dont look...
