The top one that offers your course

    but I agree with Chris

You spend a few years in Uni choose one you feel comfortable and content with

Definitely study the course you like! You have to be happy with your career 10-20 even 30 years down the line. If you Pick a career or course that you might not be passionate about you will always wonder if it was worth giving up your "dream course".

It also depends on how similar the two courses being considered are and what level of education it is(Grad vs Undergrad) and how good or bad the two universities are. I'm sure you can find top universities that offer your course if you really want to go to a top university. Theres also the option of community college and transferring to a 4-year univ. if money is an object.

the one that does the course you like and i will tell you why

    1) you will not do well in any other course if you have no interest in it

    2) you would be wasting a lot of your time and money

    3) a top uni does not mean much really they just think that students that go there are well educated but if you study hard in your course you could be the top student in that subject

its about the person, not the college

college has just got a good reputation but you can make your own good reputation

Study where you'll be happy and most content. If the right course(s) for you are at the budget one, go for the budget.

I would study in a school that will give me what I need for the career I want. After all that's why you're going to school and investing all that money and time.
