First u gotta get on itunes and download the software that allows u to get apps. that will cost u a little. It should pop up when u put ur ipod in ur computer. After u download that, you will have an apps button on your ipod touch. or you can go to the apps store on itunes. That should be it man. And some apps are free and some can cost up to like 10 dollars. I just get the free ones.

you need an itunes account first
they're free so just make it and then log in and u can get the free ones
but if u wanna buy the paid apps you have to either put in money from a credit card or buy the itunes gift card from almost ne wer

go to apple.com, download itunes, go to apps, click free apps section and download away
