I have windows xp home 2002 service pack 3. how can i install net framework? please help me?
I tried downloading a framework and installers and they just wouldn't open. i have no net framework installed. i just want to install the newest net framework. all help is appreciated. thanks.

All net framework downloads and updates are available from Windows Update. If the updates fail, you have corrupted .dll files in the registry. All Microsoft support related to Windows Updates is free(if your OS is genuine)
