    Unfortunately i like far too many sweet foods and sometimes it shows if i do not keep a good exercise plan going. Especially around the holidays.

    I do like spicy foods as well as I think the hotter and spicier the better.

    I guess it's a habit I picked up while living in Las Vegas for 18 years. Southern foods and Mexican foods are great.
