    The speaker is telling the listener that s/he sees right through the intentions of someone being falsely kind.

    omg,the speaker is expressing deep appreciation for an act of kindness done to him or her though in a comic way.

    If someone said that to you I can assume they mean something like this:

    "No matter how nice you are to me, I don't care and I don't believe you are being genuinely kind to me - I don't believe you like me at all."
