Seriously, How much would it cost?

to purchase a giraffe. I am not really in the market for one but I am curious to know how much one would cost if I were looking for one. I did a search and I found alot of exotic "pets" but no giraffe pricing. If you have any experience with purchasing a giraffe, how much was it?

it depends on your bargaining skills. they sell like hot cakes in black market, you know!

you can also get a giraffe for free, hunt for one in African jungle, tranquilize him, put him in a small box somehow and bring him home.

I'm no expert on purchasing giraffes. However, it may not be expensive to buy a giraffe as much as would be to feed it, keep it in a place that won't cause trouble, and take care of it when it gets sick. So... to give you a number???? 15k a year?? maybe?

Why would you want to buy a giraffe? They should only be kept in zoos or in the wild, it would cost a lot of money and it is not a sensible idea to have one as a pet.
