Can My Green Anole Eat Large Crickets?
I have a female green anole (approx. 3-4 inches), whom I feed small crickets. A couple of the crickets got good at hiding and have grown into large crickets. They sing at night and drive me crazy. :) Anyway, they are bigger than her head, so does that mean she can't (or won't) eat them? They've been in there with her a couple of months, and I don't know if I should "set them free" or leave them in there.

Throw them out, they will just become a pest. Anoles are a fragile species of lizard, and you don't want them to be uncomfortable in the tank. Just put the crickets outside or feed them to another pet. My two cats love to eat/chase them.

Yu should not feed your anole anything bigger than its head. My advice is just feed a few small crickets and dont put more in the cage until she eaten the others

food should be no bigger than the space between her eyes. If they are big enuff to make noise, then NO, take them out and let them go if you want... but they will stress her out if you leave them in there.. they will start biting her.
