Ladies, do you think that if a guy says "okay" yeah" "sure" or other things like that...?

I usually think they're either shy or they're bored with me or I think they're busy or well i think alot of things >_<

I dont think its a bad thing but it might give us the impression that they're bored with the convo or something. If I know his shy then i dont mind otherwise I might get annoyed =/ depends on what tone of voice they use when they say it.

If you are generally a shy person than girls will not think that you are being mean or dont care they will probably get that you are just shy. Try and be nice when you say these things and if you do like a girl try and open up a little more so that she gets to see the real you and it will make it more obvious that you do like her! Try and smile at least when you say things like "okay" cuz it will make it seem more sincere :) good luck

Depends on the guy. This one guy I know has deep blue eyes and goofy grin, and is freakishly gorgeous... so I would probably hyperventilate and attempt to say hi back. I'd probably come up with a muffled squeak instead, but hey. If it was a guy friend, think about how cool they look today with their failed version of an emo fringe and how awesome they are in general. If it was some random... "WTF?" that's the reaction. If he's hot - then "omg... is he talking to me?"

I hate that and it's kind of annoying, especially if you've gone in-depth about something and the only response you get back is ''okay". It makes me think the guy is either bored with my conversation or isn't paying attention to what I'm saying in the first place. Then I get irritated and start replying back the same way. Why waste conversation on someone that doesn't care or isn't listening to you anyways?

If he's shy, I can understand. Even when I first meet someone, and the dude's like that, I try not to be judgmental and just think "Huh, maybe's he's shy." Or something like that lol.

Or maybe he just has something on his mind and he can't focus on what the person is saying, ya know?

Usually, if they seem out of focus I ask the person what's on their mind.

Everyone can get like that. Like on the phone there's those "awkward silences." >.> <.<

If you ever have one of those moments, instead of saying "okay", "yeah", or "sure, be like "yeah, because -- yada yada yada." You get me? Like if she says "how was your day?" you can give her a long reply, instead of just giving a dull reply 'cause then she'll be doing all the talking and if you just say okay, yeah, or sure, it'll sound like you're not interested in the conversation. Then you ask her. And you go back and forth in the conversation.

Funny you ask this. XD I'm starting to wonder. It depends.

But some guys are just like that and shy. Other are just blowing them off. It depends on how the conversation is going and what's being talked about.

i.e.

Like... I'm trying to ask this kid something and he goes whatever, sure, yeah. ok. and like i thought he was just shy at first because or friendship got strange and we'd blush. but now suddenly it hit me. No, he just doesn't care. Because slowly our friend conversations stopped and it just turned into homwork convos.

ok well im a teenage girl so you can trust my opinion. k well if you say okay yeah or sure that just means your not intursied in the girl so if they keep coming back than they really wont give up until you tell them to stop bugging you. but if you say it in a way that makes you sound excited like " Yeah sure!!" then they think you care but if you say like "yeah sure." then they think you really dont want to talk to them.

Yeah usually shows no interest in the conversation or the topic or could be mad about something. It definately depends on the situation though.

I do not mind.

It is all in the tone of voice though....that is where it matters the most. The WAY it is said. And the context.

It can be very friendly, matey or just downright dismissive.
