I poof my hair everyday, so take my advice :)

There are two ways I poof my hair-

    1. Spray hairspray in the roots of your hair, take a ratting comb and make sure you rat it to the root of your hair. Also, make sure you get the pieces of hair behind the piece you are ratting, so the back pieces support the other poofy parts. Make sure you hairspray it again all over your hair for extra hold.

    2. My favorite. I do the same thing as in the first, but this time I either take bobby pins or a clip and gather the poof and clip it because then you don't have to worry about the poof getting unpoofed through out the day, and it's cute. :)

*Make sure the hairspray you use is in an aerosale can because the one squirt kind of hairspray can weigh down the poof, so the misty hairspray is better for this. Also buy the hairspray that says something like "long-lasting" or "big hair" or "extra hold."

    HOPE THIS HELPS :D

Well I don't have to tease my hair in order to achieve this look, but then again you mentioned your hair is thin...

Here is a video that shows you exactly how to do it, she has thin hair and doesn't have to tease it:

If your hair is REALLY thin and the above method doesn't work, try this:

    Hope it helps.
