I am waiting for payment on an auto warranty claim but the warranty co. won't return my calls. What can I do?

The claim was filed by my mechanic almost two months ago and I have not yet received payment. Every time I call the warranty company to check on the status, I get connected to a person's voicemail and my calls never get returned. I've now left multiple messages for three different people over the past week and a half. I've also emailed three different email addresses three times, but get nothing from that either. My mechanic has also tried to get in touch with them, to no avail. The last time he talked to them (about a month ago) they said the payment would be made in 8-10 business days but I haven't heard anything since. What can I do? The company is in PA and I'm in NJ so I can't go there in person.
