Jim Carville is a democratic strategist at the highest levels. Rush Limbaugh is a talk show host. Jim Carville is responsible for shaping the strategy of the democratic party. Rush Limbaugh is responsible for getting on the air every day and entertaining 22M people.

Where was the media outrage? Oh, right - Jim Carville is a DEMOCRATIC party strategist, not a republican talk show host...

    There was no media outrage because Carville himself rescinded the comment after the 9/11 attacks, and because 9/11 took the media's attention elsewhere.

    I couldn't care less if someone wants a president to fail. What I have a problem with is someone telling me for eight years that if you oppose the president, you hate America ... and now those same people are opposing the president. How hypocritical can you get?
