    OF COURSE!!!

All these people are wrong, wrong, wrong.

Polo is played in two teams of four people.

The players play on horses that are called "polo ponies".

You use a mallet to strike the ball.

There are 6 periods of game, which are each around 7.5 minutes long. Those short periods are called chukka.

Polo is an extremely difficult and very dangerous game.

It is also a very unpredictable game as well because there is no guarantee that the polo ponies will go along with what you want them to do.

Now I've played both varsity-level water polo and polo and compared to polo, water polo is a piece of cake.

Yes, but the horses aren't good at swimming underwater. Hence the absence of the horses in water polo.

Polo is also played on a massive field with dozens of people (and horses).

depends on the length of time in between. if it's about 30 minutes and above i would eat something small filled with carbohydrates (small!!). but the best thing i would do is eat alot of carbohydrate packed food before you go to the event. and have enough time for the food to digest. (when u exercise you stomac works slower because the blood flow to the stomac decreases alot) cabohydrate packed food rice (almost pure sugar, that'll help alot though it's not a bad sugar) u won't get a sugar rush and then crash pasta spaghetti and from what i also heard some pros eat orange peals? (football) in between the break. not sure. best bet is rice or pasta. for before the thing about 1:30 to 2 hours before the event.
