It just stopped working one day and I don't know what program runs it, or how to get it to work again. I could accept or reject the incoming call. Thanks.

You are more sophisticated that I am. I use Comcast and found that I had to call them before I could get anything to show up on my computer. They provided the telephone service, so it was their program I was using.

I hate it when you get something working and when it stops can't remember what you did in the first place.
