98 audi a4 side moldings?

I am trying to figure out how to take off the lower side moldings on my car, not the door ones just the bottom part below the door.

Update:

that is for the door, I am looking for the side below the door.

    Open your door, Just one screw at front-bottom inside door, then slide it out.

    The textured black plastic part that faces the ground? I dont know that you can remove that. Maybe if you explain what your trying to do.
