Can you dye your hair two different colors?
I wanna dye it black with blonde highlights (emo style) I thought it would be easier to dye my hair blonde and then put black on more spaces then blonde and if the blonde looks bad just dye my whole hair black cause my natural color is black but would permanent dye on permanent dye stick btw both dyes are permanent

well you could die your hair the two colors, but i wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. You should go get it done proffessionally. A beautician will seperate the two colors by dying it using foils. My sister is a beautician and she dyed my hair 5 colors a few months ago... (bleach blonde, dirty blonde, strawberry blonde, Auburn and Fire Engine Red. - it looked hott by the way) ... anyway, she dyed it all at the same time, but used foils. Plus I dont think it would be good to bleach out your hair, and then put dye on it, it would probably really damage your hair. And the over the counter dye may even turn YOUR HAIR ORANGE instead of blonde, especially if your hair is brown or dark naturally. If you really want to do it, you should get it done professionaly, or if you are tight on cash and want to do it yourself, forget the black and just dye the tips using the cap... pulling pieces of your hair through the top and then throwing bleach on it so it doesnt get near the rest of your hair. GOOD LUCK

Why don't you just leave your main hair colour as black (without having to dye your hair black again) and give yourself blonde highlights? It would be much less damaging to your hair - and if you don't like the blonde then just get rid of the highlights or dye them black.

in case you dye the backside layers of your hair a darker coloration they call it low lights. It makes your hair seem thicker and provides intensity. maximum frequently the darker coloration is weaved into something of your hair in distinctive skinny streaks. in case you dye great sections of your hair i've got faith the technique is stated as chunking. it could additionally be stated as panelling. desire that helped....
