i am using Microsoft Office Outlook, how do i save a copy of message in my yahoo account?
all the messages in my yahoo account are imported by the miccrsoft office outlook and it does not leave me a copy in the account itself, so how can i save a copy of my mails in my yahoo account?

office outlook 2007 > open mail page > tools > account setting > highlight the email address > click change upper above > more settings button below > advanced tab > down below delivery > checked the box - leave a copy of messages on the server > click your options below when you finish click ok, next, finish and close > restart outlook.

For the archives, my answer has been to apply a Cruzer "thumbpersistent" with its PocketCache application. It takes a image backup of a folder (or restores a folder), updating in basic terms the replaced archives, so as which you would be able to sync archives with comparable-named folders between 2 desktops. For contacts and appintments, I save mine online, so's i do no longer would desire to save them in sync.
