Sir, my yahoo mail is opening but not able to read mails or compose since Monday 9th March 2009.?

Yahoo is having a lot of problems and it is affecting a lot of people in different ways. They are planning to work on it this weekend so maybe they will get a lot of things fixed. This is what they had to say:

part of our ongoing efforts to give you the best Mail service we can.

Beginning the evening of Friday March 13th (PDT) you may experience problems accessing your Yahoo! Mail account. If

your account is affected, it should be available again by midday on Saturday March 14th (PDT).

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Java script to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. If all else fails go back to classic mail Hope this helps.

definite. i'm utilising Firefox 3 and attempting to study my Yahoo mail. is this the computer virus that they did not iron out till now offering version 3 to us? They mentioned they does not ennumerate it any further and that McAfee became into engaged on devising secure practices against it.

They have been doing some sort of maintenance. And the system has crashed a few times I have been on. E-Mail them. They will look into it.
