Public in banks mode of dress?

If I enter a bank branch with half of my face covered with a handkerchief and wearing dark glasses. would I caused concern to the staff?

If I wore a black garment covering me from head to toe would they still show the same concern?

    A very good question.

    I don't think I could word the answer for you in the correct manner, I have tried to but keep deleting instead.

    Maybe you should propose this question in a letter to a few banks, they might answer question on their thoughts. You might even get some in depth answer.

    Very good question, but hard to answer without sounding like a muppet or something else.
