How bad is it to feed a goldfish Beta food?
I have two Beta fish & one goldfish. I am out of goldfish food. Is it harmful to feed the beta food to my goldfish?

I won't hurt your Goldfish in the short term. It also won't hurt them to fast for a day or two.
When you buy more food, keep these points in mind when selecting.
Beware of feeding Goldfish, (especially,) and Bettas pellet food, as these can cause bloat. Stick to high quality flakes, and substitute Mr./Mrs Bettas Diet with live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp at least once per week. Bettas should also fast once per week.

No it won't hurt your goldfish at all. You can also feed both fish veggies like lettuce, spinach, peas greenbeans etc.
The two foods are fairly close in content with high protein and fiber. No worries
