Are you talking about the internet service provider or the type of connection?

If it is internet service providers, then you have to check from the local people where you stays, because in some places Airtel is better than Tata and vice versa.

And if you are taking about type of connection, then obviously broadband is better than rest of the connection.

Just try DSL connection which the most preferable connection nowadays.

DSL is a high speed Internet connection that cater the most system sever in the different company. The rest Internet connection is ISP and dial up.

For internet connections, find out the internet providers in your area and ask them about the services they offer. For my personal opinion, what I care the most is the broadband that they can offer. And remember, when they tell you is a "10MB broadband" you wont be downloading at 10MB, it's always 1/8 of what the broadband is.
