How tight is too tight?

Small is too tight for you, Fitted means something that is loose enough to be comfortable in but fitted enough to show your figure off in all the right places. If you are wearing a top that looks like it was painted on, chances are you will appear fatter and it will be unflattering. Also, if you try to squeeze your legs into pants that are too tight then your legs will appear fatter. You want your clothes comfortable enough to wear but fitted enough to show your good areas off. If you have a small waste but big arms, aim for quarter lengths tops that are fitted throughout the stomach area but hide the arms. If your stomach is a little bigger but your arms are small, wear a short sleeved shirt v neck that is loosely fitted with some fitted jeans.

ANd always remember, if you go to places like forever 21, or old navy you always have to buy a size bigger because there clothes ALWAYS shrink. I would recommend going to a store called Buckle. Or viset them online, they have soo many different types of jeans in all sizes, and the same with shirts that would fit your body type perfectly, trust me.

i'm about the same size as you and you really just have to try things on, and check the fabric content. cotton especially, even if its pre shrunken, will shrink some, if its just a little loose as a medium i'd stay with the medium and dry it, it will shrink a little. if its not just a little loose do a small, but if the small is fitted when you try it on do a medium, cause even if you say you won't dry it, usually at some point it winds up in the dryer and then you either can't wear it again or it looks too tight

Fitted is good,but tight isn't the thing you should aim for but comfort.

The best you can do is be as comfortable as you can be and if you can walk in the clothes and not having/worrying if the clothes are going to look bad if is to tight.

You should see if the clothes fit not what size it is.

it depends on the tops.. but if the shirt is too short or is showing the areas that you want to hide then its too tight. Doing tight in a light color wont look good i suggest a black ora dark gray. You'll get the hang of it eventually. Just dont ever look like a muffin top. or let ur stomach show I hate it when girls do that.

I think if you like your cloths tight then wear them tight who cares what people think i wear my cloths tight and my sister hates it just dont let to much tummy show then people will just look at you as a **** lol

yea, a small would be too small. What you need to do is go into shops and look for the same size but in more fitted clothes.

As long as you are not looking like a sausage being squeezed out of the casing, you should be able to wear tight, not squeezing clothes. You should be able to have your entire torso covered, with it reaching your belt loop.

they dont look too tight, just get a big pair, skateboarding pants ae usually stretchy

if your waist creats a muffin top on your pants... they are too tight

if your belly hangs over your pants... they are too tight

if you can see your jelly rolls through your shirt.. its too tight

you have a pretty good figure.. you should be able to pull off a small... try it out
