The last word should be "désolé" or désolée if it was a woman.

I'm in french two and bonne chance is good luck, vous is you, je suis de sole means i am of plate. so something like good luck to you all i am of plate. It doesn't make sense to me, but thats the translation of it.

actually de sole may be desole which means afflicted, or she has some type of physical or mental suffering

my 2nd edit lol but this could in some way be a sucide note... She could be in a lot of mental suffering or pain so she said good luck to you all as in i hope you live good lives because i am now going and the je suis desole could be her way of telling you why she is going to commit suicide. She could also be moving far away and je suis desole could mean that she is very upset about moving OR she may have injured some type of body part or anything of that nature. Thats my guess...
