Lose weight on walking for 30-45 min 5 days a week?

Like treadmill 30-45 min and some strength training/weights 2 sets of 15.

I go to ACAC.

so like 1 hour a day...should i do both together

    Walking will boost your matabolism (do it early in the day). It will burn about 250-300 calories (about a candy bars worth).

    Most importanly consume only 1200 calories (for a female) or 2000 calories (for a male) a day. With no more than 30% of the calories coming from fat.

    One hour a day of exercise is not going to do the trick...

    To lose weight by exercising you have to consume less calories than you use. Eating healthily is great, but if you are over eating, even healthy food, then the weight will not leave. Never drop below about 1500 calories a day.

  • In my opinion, I think it's better to alternate - weight training one day and cardio the next. That way, you won't tire out your muscles. Its what I do. But an hour a day is perfect. =) Hope I helped!

    thats not enough work go running and dont restrict yourself to sets and reps go until you cant go anymore
