where can I apply for a low income home loan in utah?

there used to be a place called farm home of america, and i have heard of FHA, but cant seem to find any info on it. doeas anyone know of a place that uses your income to decide the payment of your house rather than the amount of the loan?

    Call a lender and ask if the know of any programs. Or, you can ask your real estate agent.

    As for the guy who claims to have advanced degrees in *bankography* and *bankology*..LOL there is no such thing.

    An advanced degree is an MBA in Finance.

    I love it when someone tries to come off uber educated here, and totally falls in the mud by not even knowing the correct terminology. LOL

    He could prefer to cosign. by way of ways, ask him if he likes throwing his funds interior the lavatory. that's what he's doing by way of renting. My spouse and that i offered a house 3 years in the past and have 10,000 in fairness via fact we've made 3 years of money. you will in no way see expenses of pastime this low back and the government isn't likely handy out $8,000 to make a purchase order next year.

    All places you your income to decide on your payment. The loan amount simply determines the amortization period.
