plz help im really scared.?
I am an anxiety patient since 7 months now on and off. My head and left side of back would go numb and tingly quite often.
Now since two weeks my left arm started to hurt couple and symptoms gradually increased to pain, numbness and burning sensation in my left arm, hand, feet, back, head and face.
feeling dizzy, really achy neck and shoulders. The drowsiness and numbness in my head face is so scaring me. B4 i go to doctor, plz give me idea wt it could be and wt r ways to help it alongwith medical treatment.

I suggest that you see a psychiatrist...no, you are not crazy, but it sounds somewhat serious...a neurologist would be a good choice as well....
