I had the same problem about 3 days ago. I just tried it again lastnight and it worked. Sounds like a problem on their end.

don't know but would like to as i had 2000 points and the same thing happened to me and i had to set up a new one and lost the lot

make sure you do not have any firewall enabled. check the windows firewall just to be sure.
