The ONLY ways to get physically bigger boobs is surgery, get pregnant, or get very fat. Or pray that your genetics will make them bigger over time. (please don't get pregnant at 13 to get bigger boobs?)

Other then that, a nice push-up bra or 'falsies' are the only other way.

NO supplements do ANYTHING. Your breast size was determined 9 months before you were born, so don't fret over things you cannot control. Breast size is so over-rated, especially at 13! I'm 22 now and still an A cup! I'm very athletic tho, so I'm thankful I had small breasts, I can't imagine doing hurdles with DD's!

Be happy with your body! It's the only one you've got!

This will cheer you up! Me and my friends have come to a conclusion: All dancers are diseased! It's a disease called "No breasts". Ha ha. Take a look around. I know some kids on your team have boobs, but look at the rest. Aren't they pretty flat too? Most do have some breasts, but not enough to make a B cup! I'm sure you have SOMETHING. Then look at other teams. See a pattern going on? My whole team barely has boobs. I'm talking little kids to big kids. Yes they do have boobs, but not as big as a regular person! I don't know why this is but it's just a weird connection between dancers and boobs.

get fat or get pregnant-those are the only ways to make your boobs bigger without surgery. then again, getting pregnant shouldn't be an option at 13. relax. your boobs can keep growing until you're in your mid 20's, so i'm sure you'll gain at least a little bit of boob before it's all said and done.

Don't even worry about it because I doubt you have even hit puberty yet. They WILL get bigger naturally as your body adjusts to the changes of puberty. In your case, it's the part of life where you change from a girl to a woman. Just like when a boy hits puberty, he becomes a man and not a boy anymore.

Your breasts will get bigger over time. There is nothing you can do to make them bigger. You just have to wait. Over the years, you WILL see a difference. And maybe later on in life, you might still be unhappy about the size of your breasts and you can get breast implants. But, let's not go that far.

Don't worry though! They WILL get bigger.

I was the same as you at the age of 13 and now I have cup D. Just be patient. You can not rush nature.

Have you started your period yet? When you go through puberty your boobs will start developing.

You can make them bigger by... being PATIENT. Honey you are JUST 13. Trust me, I wasn't even AA when i was 13. Right now, I am a healthy 34C :) Just be patient and you'll grow your curves.

ALSO, remember,,, if you fret about your body too much, you'll never see positive results. Just be happy about yourself and be proud of your shape ... You change alot over time.

Give it time, lots of people are flat chested.

Some people are 16 and still flat chested, you're only 13 give it some time girl!
