well since you are a teen you will be needing lots of protein to help you grow. so I would be looking for veges high in protein. some vegetarians still eat eggs. you might want to think about that. because you need protein at your age, and eggs are a very good source.

it variety of feels good aside from lunch. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that breakfast is the only time you're getting protein! (besides possibly a handful of peanuts). attempt eating extra eggs (yet no longer too many), or some peanut butter, or rice & beans, or basically get a protein bar. At lunch, attempt some peanut butter and jelly and fruit, or make a sandwich with tofurkey. i like cheese ravioli. On a distinctive word, you would be able to additionally in basic terms earnings from extra dairy products to get an sufficient volume of calcium. attempt some low fat cheeses, or drink extra milk. On well-known you sound like a extra healthy guy or woman than maximum babies.

In general you should be eating at least five different colors of fruits and veggies everyday, making sure you include dark green veggies everyday. You should eat whole grains like wheat and oatmeal. You should be eating nuts, seeds, bean and legumes. You should get good fats from coconuts, avacados, and olive oil. You should get Omega 3 from walnuts, flax and fortified foods. You should drink lots of water.
The veggies, beans, seeds, soy, nuts plus eggs and dairy are what will give you protein. You don't need to worry, though, unless you are in a famine, elder or have an eating disorder like anorexia you are getting enough protein. Most American's get two to three times as much protein as they need and that's bad for you, especially for your kidneys. As long as you're eating enough food and it's not all junk food you're getting enough protein. If you eat the veggies like I listed above and you're getting dairy you don't need pills either - too much is as bad as not enough and your body processes vitamins better from food then from pills.
Gelatin is one of the most common used items that you have to be careful of. It's in marshmallows, Skittles, Starburts, many yogurts (not all, though. Look for ones made with pectin) some thicker soups, Jello, Jr Mints, gummy bears/worms, some gums and many other candies.
Rennet is in many cheese (made from an enzyme from the stomach of calves)
Lard is in some foods, especially at Mexican food restaurants.
Beef fat is in McDonald's fries, many Hostess products, beef ramen/cup of soups and many other soups.
Chicken fat is in many soups including ramaen and cup of soups.

Being a vegetarian, it's easy to start replacing meat with carbohydrates. Carbs are good, we need them, but if you replace the meat you usually eat with them, you get too much. Just a tip, since many people here advices you to eat stuff that contains a lot of them (not criticising anyone, just noticed it). :)
But yeah, beans, lentils, egg, soy beans, milk. Quorn is good, but you should eat too much of it.
Good luck :)

Taking protein supplements from your doctor could help, tofu is a good way of geting proteins, eat lots of eggs,
Things to avoid
-Mcdonalds- all of the food has been made in chicken fat
-Some Sweets- some contain gelatin such as pork gelatin
- a lot of chocolate cake or fudge cake contains fats and juices from animals
Good Luck! x

You should eat tofu.
But you cannot eat any meat when you are a vegetarian.
Some people eat fish, but I disagree that they are vegetarian when they do that.
They are still living creatures.
They have faces.
