No, only the conference tournament champions and Ivy League regular season champ get automatic bids.
That said, the top 10 teams would all be in anyway.
College BBall rankings are completely meaningless.

yes the top 10 ranked teams will go, but not as automatic bids; they will go as the bid at large instead.
