How do I sign a document when I have power of atty?

I'm signing a document for Jack and I have the POA. Do I sign his name and mine or mine with POA for jack?

    when you have a powere of attorney you can sign your name or his it really doesnt matter as long as you have the power of attorney form with you when you go to sign whatever document it is believe me I know this I am in the Marines and when I went to Iraq I had all kind of things signed in my name by my power of attorney
