i have this hair cut. just say to your stylist....
1. i want long bangs across my forehead.... NOT SHORT

its just a haircut with bangs and layers going form short in the front and gradually getting longer to the back...
I use to have that without the bangs...

i agree with the first answer you got bring the pic to your hairstylist or you could tell them you want bangs all the way across your face with your hair layered and if you want to die it choose the color dont die it at all.

i don't know if it has a name but if you want yours cut like that, print the picture and bring it to your hair stylist and they can do it for you!

ask your stylist for:
a shoulder length style that frames your face and thick, fringed bangs. hope i helped! answer mine?
