They had excellent records and made good progress.

Unlike the Carter and Clinton Administrations, the Reagan, Bush 41, and Bush 43 Administrations used sound cost benefit analysis to evaluate programs and weighed the costs to communities in terms of their economies and jobs.

They made few unnecessary trade-offs and were still able to have a record of success.

They put people first, not the politics of a few well-funded special interest groups.

This is unlikely to happen under Obama who has already played dead and rolled over to pressure from special interests.

He has caved in to those who want to stop all drilling and nuclear energy as well as the use of coal, our main source for the generation of electricity in the US.

There is NO way that we will have alternative energy in the forseeable future to replace these fuels so costs for energy to consumers will skyrocket.

Obama is proceeding with plans for cap-and-trade, which is essentially a TAX INCREASE on ALL Americans who heat and cool their homes.

It is being called the LIGHT SWITCH TAX.

Think of Obama every time you turn on a light.

The cost will likely DOUBLE or TRIPLE.

Remember that he said he would not raise your taxes if you made less than $250K?????

    Too bad about that promise.

    Out the window....
