Go to your PSP main menu, to the far right you will find web browser.
Click this (x) and type in an url with the on-screen digits, then when it asks for network connection, make sure you are near a wireless internet router for the PSP's Wifi to connect with so you can go online.

The PSP's is plenty greater advantageous if for no different reason than for the actuality that this is loose. No cellular device has very sturdy information superhighway surfing however. i've got have been given a 3G cellular telephone and nonetheless can't stand how sluggish and constrained it is. sturdy for Outlook, crappy for virtually each thing else.

You need to be in a Wi-Fi area and you have to adjust the PSP's settings to correspond to the Wi-Fi router through the Infrastructure Mode settings under "Connection Settings" on the XMB (The PSP's Main Menu).
